Who we are
You are letting somebody into your house to work on the machine that makes it liveable. That is a decision about trust before it is a decision about price.
A reading beats an opinion
Anybody can say a part is bad. We write down what the system was doing when we found it and what it should have been doing — temperatures, pressures, amperage — so you are not choosing between our word and somebody else's. It also means that when we say a repair will hold, there is a number behind it.
One number, agreed before we start
The written quote is what you pay. If we open the unit and find something the outside did not show, the work stops and you get a phone call, not a bigger invoice at the end. That is the part of this trade that goes wrong most often, and it is the easiest one to get right.
The person who did the work explains it
No call centre between you and the answer. If you want to know why the condensate line keeps blocking or whether the system will get you through another summer, you ask the technician who was on the roof, and you get a straight answer — including when that answer is that we would not spend the money.
Your house is not a job site
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and the debris leaves with us. It sounds small next to a compressor replacement, and it is the thing people actually remember.
Licensed and insured
Licence and insurance details are on every written quote, before you sign anything. If a contractor will not put them in writing, that is your answer.
