We are based in Palm Bay and work across the towns around it. Close enough that a call in the morning is usually a visit the same week.
If you are not on the list, call anyway
The list is where we work most days, not a fence. Just outside it we often can, and the only way to know is to ask — it costs you a phone call and saves you looking for somebody else.
The beachside is not the same job
From Indialantic down to Melbourne Beach the outdoor unit lives in salt spray, and the fins corrode from the outside in. Equipment there needs rinsing on schedule and tends to age faster than the same unit three miles inland. We price and plan for that instead of pretending the coast is like everywhere else.
What being close actually buys you
A short drive is not a marketing point, it is why most visits get booked within the same week and why a system that is completely down gets prioritised. A company an hour away cannot promise that honestly.
