Quotes
Every quote is given in writing before the work starts and is valid for thirty days. Nothing begins until you approve it. If we find something else once the work is underway, we stop and ask.
Warranty
Labour is guaranteed for the period stated on your quote. Equipment keeps the manufacturer warranty, which usually requires scheduled maintenance to stay valid.
Appointments and cancellations
Let us know at least twenty-four hours ahead if you need to move an appointment, so the slot can go to someone else.
Limits
We are not liable for faults caused by earlier work carried out by others, nor for damage from wiring or plumbing outside the system we serviced.
